Our History

Our Journey of Sound and Service

From a small distributor to a trusted name in South India, Denoc's journey reflects growth, innovation, and a deep commitment to hearing care. Here’s a look at our key milestones.

We began with a simple vision — to make quality hearing care accessible, starting as a small setup dedicated to helping those with hearing loss.

Becoming authorized Interton distributors, we brought advanced German hearing technology directly to India — a key step in our growth.

We entered retail with a dedicated audiology department, setting new standards in customer-focused hearing care.

Secured an ECHS contract to supply hearing aids to military personnel at Chennai’s Military Hospital.

Partnered with GN ReSound (Denmark) to expand our product range and technical expertise.

Expanded our office space and workforce. Partnered with AVM MERF ENT Hospital to open a comprehensive audiology unit.

Became India’s only ISO 9001:2008 certified hearing care centre and partnered with Oticon (Denmark) to expand our global offerings.

Extended audiology services at Krishna ENT Hospital and began distribution of Unitron (USA) hearing aids.

Launched a hearing aid training program for audiologists and held free awareness camps across Chennai promoting early intervention.

Appointed as an official hearing aid supplier for the Tamil Nadu CM’s Health Insurance Scheme at Government General Hospital, Chennai.

Launched franchise opportunities to expand access and ensure consistent hearing care across locations.

Opened trusted partner branches in Pallavaram, Velachery, Purasaiwalkam, and Porur to bring quality care closer to Chennai communities.

Introduced EMI options for hearing aids and accessories, making advanced hearing solutions more affordable.

Introduced AI-based features for online appointment booking, chat support, and reminders. Reached a milestone of 50,000 satisfied customers.

Expanded into West Tambaram, strengthening our presence in the rapidly growing southern corridor of Chennai.

Launched online video consultations during the pandemic, ensuring uninterrupted care and earning customer trust.

Established our footprint in Bangalore via channel partners and digitized our logistics and service network for improved efficiency.

 

Opened two cutting-edge branches in Anna Nagar and Kolathur, expanding access to advanced hearing care in North Chennai.

Through our sister concern Adro Hearing, we launched a studio-style branch in Nagercoil, serving communities in the Kanyakumari region with personalized care.
